** PLEASE READ** *NEW CLIENTS* Please book a consultation prior to booking balayage, creative color or hair extension services. Doing so helps to ensure that you are booked for the correct service. All clients are required to put a deposit on first appointment booking. **CANCELLATION POLICY** I understand things happen and you may need to reschedule or cancel. If so, please let me know 48 hours advance. If you contact me anything later than 48 hours before your appointment, you will be charged a 50$ cancelation fee. No call/ no show will be required to put a deposit for next visit. DAY OF CANCELLATIONS WILL BE AUTOMATIC 100% OF SERVICE. NO SHOW WILL BE CHARGED 100% !! All clients are required to have a credit card on file. ** RE-DOS & ADJUSTMENTS* I always strive for everyone to be 100% happy with their hair after visiting me. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your hair, please let me now within 1 week from the appointment. I will adjust it with no cost to you. Blow dry / styling will be required to pay. There will be NO REFUNDS. LATE FEE If you are running 30 minutes late, you will be required to pay for the services that cannot be provided due to the inconvenience.
